We encourage customers to contact us if they have experienced disruption in their lives that has affected their ability to pay bills on time or in full.

This may include, but is not limited to, experiencing family violence in the home; losing a loved one and deceased estates; or suffering financial hardship.

Our policy library provides a list of policies that outline our commitment to our customers, including those affected by family violence or hardship.
