Direct Debit

Pay your bill without lifting a finger! Paying by Direct Debit is as simple as nominating a cheque, savings or credit card account held at your bank, credit union or building society. Your bill amount will be automatically paid from your nominated account in full, on the due date. Download the application form and apply for Direct Debit today!

Online

Pay your bill by credit card using our online service. 

BPAY^TM

To pay using BPAY^TM  contact your bank or financial instution. Your biller code and BPAY^TM reference number can be found next to the BPAY^TM  logo on your bill.

BPAY ^TM View

To receive, view and pay your City West Water bills online, go to your bank's website to register for BPAY^TM  View. View BPAY website for more information.

POSTbillpay

Receive and pay your bills online and save time and paper. Register to have your next bill delivered online at http://www.postbillpay.com.au/. Payment can be made by credit card or from your savings/cheque account. Alternatively you can make a credit card payment of your paper bill by logging onto http://www.postbillpay.com.au/.

Australia Post

You can pay your bill at any Australia Post outlet. Present your bill and pay by cash, cheque or EFTPOS (where available).

Mail the lower portion of your bill with your cheque or money order made payable to:
